Tried Sleep Hygiene

Yes, your phone is under the sink, you've done your affirmations and thrown everything out of your room apart from your bed and you're still not sleeping well - what do you do next? You speak to a doctor

Spoken with your GP

So your GP has spoken with you, suggested you cut the caffeine, stop using anything with a screen or a blue light hours before bed, walk, eat healthily, lose weight etc. and if you're still struggling to come back in x months later (which is handy as that is when the next available appointment is - I jest..) but you are still not sleeping well

Hello, we are Respiratory Sleep, formed by Consultants working within the NHS who are specialists in Sleep (and lungs), and have seen that many patients, and worked that many hours, that we are actual experts within the field.

We are here to hear you and to get you sleeping better.

There are a variety of reasons you might not be sleeping well and we can assist you in un-picking what those reasons may be, from anxiety, stressinsomnia, to sleep apnoea and narcolepsy.

We work with psychologists, CBTi specialists, sleep physiologists (scientists that read sleep studies) and are ourselves medical doctors, and academic doctors within the sleep field. 

We are a collective of professionals to help you sleep.
